No Upfront Fees

At Hallbrook we operate a conditional fee agreement, which means you only pay us on successful completion of your claim. Please see full terms & conditions for cancellation fees following the 14 day cooling off period. No Upfront Fees *



We do everything

We will contact the FSCS or FOS, complete all the forms and present all the evidence to ensure that where a claim is eligible our clients receive the full compensation they may be entitled to.

Although we will need to talk to you from time to time, for your convenience we can conduct everything over the telephone at a time that suits you. You are of course welcome to visit our Nottingham offices.



VAT

30% Inclusive of VAT

When the claim is successful, we will charge a fee of 25% plus VAT giving a total fee of 30%.

If you cancel your agreement after the 14 day cooling off period you may be charged a cancellation fee. Please see full terms & conditions.
